The Quality Innovation Series is a virtual educational series designed to prompt innovation and share successful strategies to improve health care quality. This 6-month series features over 40 talks, panels, and discussions presented by more than 50 speakers. Faculty includes NCQA leadership as well as clinicians, researchers, and innovators paving new paths in best practices. All of them support one shared goal: address issues in health care and move health care quality forward.
NCQA leaders and experts, health plan executives, doctors, and nurses will cover a variety of topics. This year offers a deep dive into the next chapters of the Quality Playbook, focusing on the vision for the future of care delivery: best practices in telehealth, digital quality, behavioral health, health equity, quality accelerators in health care, measurement, and reporting, value-based care, and payer-provider collaboration.
Raphael will discuss, “Hospital at Home: A Leading Care Model for the Future.” “We believe this is an important time in our country’s history and we want to bring together the best and brightest in the field to discuss how the industry is redefining quality, using new and innovative approaches to move health care quality forward, including opportunities in health equity and more,” says Peggy O’Kane, President, NCQA.
