You are invited to register for the “Acute Evaluation in the Home Webinar. Does Every Home Hospital Need a Home Emergency Department First?”

Home hospital development requires investments in clinical staffing, supply chain, and technology. Once developed, however, home hospital infrastructure can be used to meet other acute patient needs for patients not already admitted to the home hospital. With increasing focus on the use of acute episodic home-based care of the undifferentiated patient (i.e., urgent or appropriately triaged emergency department level care evaluations in the home), progressive clinical leaders considering developing home hospital programs should ask the question – “Does every home hospital need a home emergency department first?” Here, we gather three experienced clinical leaders to discuss.
